Shipping Policy


1. General:

We are committed to shipping your orders as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment has been received. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions of Sale, Article 5 for more details.



2. Shipping Methods:

We use Colissimo for all our shipments.

Home delivery or pick-up point—it's your choice!

Fast home delivery in 24/48 hours* (*depending on destination).

With Flex Services, track your parcel, receive notifications about delivery progress, or reschedule delivery to another date or pick-up point of your choice within France’s largest network.

2.1. Colissimo Home – without signature

Once the parcel is prepared, it will be delivered within an estimated 48 hours directly to your mailbox.

If the mailbox is too small or you are not home, a delivery notice will be left, allowing you to choose a new delivery date online within 6 business days or to pick up your parcel from the post office of your choice starting the next day after 3 PM.

If you do not make a choice, you can collect your parcel from your assigned post office within 15 days.

2.2. Colissimo Home – with signature

Once the parcel is prepared, it will be delivered within an estimated 48 hours and handed over against signature. If you are absent, a delivery notice will be left, allowing you to choose a new delivery date online within 6 business days or to pick up your parcel from the post office of your choice starting the next day after 3 PM.

If you do not make a choice, you can collect your parcel from your assigned post office within 15 days.

2.3. Colissimo Pick-Up Point

With Colissimo Pick-Up Point you have several pick-up options to choose from:

– At La Poste: choose the branch where you want your parcel delivered (no prior home delivery attempt) among over 9,500 post offices across mainland France. Once prepared, it will be delivered within an estimated 48 hours and you will be notified of its availability by SMS and e-mail. You can then collect it within 10 business days. After that, it will be returned to us. Track your parcel at any time on www.laposte.fr.

– At a Pickup retailer: choose one of 16,000 local shops in the Pickup network near your home, workplace, or holiday destination. Once prepared, it will be delivered within an estimated 48 hours and you will be notified of its availability by SMS and e-mail. You can then collect it within 10 business days. After that, it will be returned to us. Track your parcel at any time on www.laposte.fr.

– At a Pickup locker: choose one of 500 automated lockers located along your route (train stations, metro, parking lots, shopping centers…). They are accessible 24/7 (except where subject to mall or transport hub opening hours). Once prepared, it will be delivered within an estimated 48 hours and you will be notified of its availability by SMS and e-mail. The notification will include your retrieval codes, allowing you to collect your parcel within 3 business days. After that, it will be returned to us. 3. Shipping Fees:

Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. Exact fees will be displayed at checkout.



4. Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your parcel via the Customer Area on our website.



5. Delivery Issues:

If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us at contact@airedev.fr within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
